  Once you have completed your purchase and your account has been confirmed by a MegaPrepaid.com representative, you will receive your products and instructions for using your products via email. If you have placed an order and have not received your order items, please contact our support team.

Our customer service representatives inspect and verify all new orders to guarantee your online security and the safety of your information online. All fraudulent orders are reported to the appropriate authorities.
How do I know which card is right for me?   back to top
  We offer calling cards to all countries. To determine which card is right for you, use our phone card search box to select the country you will be calling from and the destination to which you will be calling.

Connection fee cards: Usually offer lower rates, but charge you a connection fee every time you call. These cards offer more minutes and are better for longer conversations.

No connection fee cards: is usually a better choice for shorter, more frequent phone calls to a certain destination.

Please note that if you are calling to cellular phones, choose a card that highlights the cellular rates on the phone card product page. Also, note that some of our cards offer discounted rates to certain major cities within a country.

  We offer products that allow you to call to any country in the world from any phone in the United States and Canada. Please note that some hotels and conference centers charge high rates to use phone lines, regardless of the calling card rate.
Why are the rates different when calling a cell phone?   back to top
  In most international countries, a surcharge is applied when calling to cellular phones. We incur additional charges when connecting your call and this additional charge results in rate increases.

  We will be happy to exchange any unused phone card for a different phone card of equal value. Non-phone card products including Cellular Refill Cards are non-refundable.
When will my phone card expire?   back to top
  The expiration dates on our phone cards vary. On average, the phone cards expire 180 days after first use. Please be sure to check the detail page of the specific phone card you purchased for more information on expiration dates.
I lost the password to My Account. How do I retrieve it?   back to top
  To retrieve your password, go to the Forgot Password page. Your password will be emailed to you immediately.
I lost my access number and PIN number. How do I retrieve it?   back to top
  Go to the View My Orders section in 'My Account' and click on the order for which you lost your access number and PIN.
Do I need to enable cookies on my computer in order to use MegaPrepaid.com?   back to top
  Yes. The cookies function must be enabled on your computer in order for you to place an order on our website

To enable cookies on your computer using Internet Explorer do the following:
  1.  Go to Tools on the Toolbar at the top of your screen
  2.  Select Internet Options
  3.  Click on the Security tab
  4.  Select Default Level
  5.  Should automatically default to "Medium" level
  6.  Hit Apply
Cookies should then be enabled on your computer and you should be able to proceed with your order.
